5.1 – Standing Committees. The Corporation and the Board of Directors may from time to time

establish committees and define their duties. The standing committees shall include Fiscal

Management, Audit, Fundraising and Personnel, and may also include Adult Program,

Housekeeping, Property, and Youth Program. In addition to the duties assigned to the Fiscal

Management, Fundraising and Personnel committees, the duties of committees shall be defined by

the Corporation and may be changed from time to time by the Corporation. Each member of the

Corporation shall ordinarily serve on only one regular committee, with the exception of service on

the Nominating Committee.
