5.6 Personnel Committee. The Personnel Committee is responsible for creating and

revising as needed the Personnel Policy of the Corporation. The Executive Director has

responsibility for management of the staff of the Corporation, including hiring, retaining

and discharge of staff, compensation, job description and evaluation of staff, and may

call on the Personnel Committee for assistance as may be needed and appropriate. The

Personnel Committee may also review all staff evaluations made pursuant to the

Personnel Policy of the Corporation, and shall have responsibility for evaluation of the

Executive Director. Information shared about personnel matters shall be held in

confidence by the committee and that involving individual staff members shall be made
