Vanguard of Hospitality Management Students

Sureo -hospitality management student union, is a guide, support and trustee for hospitality management students. Sureo acts as a community for all hospitality management students, bringing together hospitality management students from all over Finland.

Sureo affects the quality of studies and wants to create a nationally equal hospitality management education. At the moment, advocacy work takes place directly through local associations. During your studies, Sureo acts as your support and security, and creates the best opportunity for your career development. By offering help for career development, for example, Sureo contributes to the transformation of the hospitality management identity into what it should be - respected, brave and a pioneer! Getting the Hospitality management identity to the right appreciation, courage and pioneering happens together with every Hospitality management student.

SURE ry - Forrunner

SURE ry is a member organization of Akava Special Branches, and you can join as a member if you already have finished a bachelor degree in tourism, restaurant trade and economics also known as Bachelor of Hospitality Management or an earlier, college level degree in hospitality. If you are going through your studies in hospitality at the moment, you can join as a student member.

As a student member you get help with questions regarding contract of employment, hiring and other work-related questions. SURE ry is also organizing different kinds of trainings and events, where there are multiple chances to network with other professionals and/or develop your own academic know-how. You can also get for example insurances cheaper through the union.

What is Place to be Haaga?

CMB Restaurants is a restaurant group that consists of 15 restaurants. Within the group there are five different corporations. Moreover, there is a accounting firm that produces accounting and payroll services to all the restaurants in the restaurant group.

The total revenue of CMB Restaurants in approximately 19 million euros and the group employs 180 persons.

Food Camp Finland

Food Camp is a pioneering company in the design of the dining experience in Finland, whose mission is to help create inspiring experiences with quality food, regardless of place, time or number of people.

Food Camp's services include gastro catering, consulting and training of food service operators and organizing catering-related events.
