The Chairperson oversees the activities of the organisation and supports board members. Chairperson is responsible of representing the organisation together with rest of the board. External relations are also the responsibility of the chairperson.

The Vice Chairperson is responsible for organizing Pore ry's annual gala. They also guide the activities of event coordinators. When needed the vice chairperson acts as the chairperson.
The Event Team Leader also helps guide the operation and development of the Event Team.
Treasurer

Treasurer is responsible for the financial transactions and invoicing. They also take care of Pore ry's bookkeeping. Treasurer makes the budget draft for every term.
Secretary

Secretary keeps record in the board meetings. They also order overall patches for events and for general sales.
Communication Manager

The Communication Manager is responsible for the internal and external coordination of Pore ry's communications. The communication manager directs the marketing of events and lobbying by proofreading and reviewing the materials. The Communication manager ensures that all Pore's external communications are available in two languages, Finnish and English

Internal Trustee is responsible for trusteeship in Haaga Campus. They are the one who organises co-operation meetings between students and campus' staff. They are also responsible for the operational implementation of Pore ry's strategy.

External Trustee is responsible for trusteeship at the entire Haaga-Helia level. They takes care of representative council work as well as hospitality students list network operations at Haaga Campus. Tasks also include updating and acquiring member benefits.

The person in charge of the events, they are responsible for the actual implementation of the event, marketing, procurement and, if necessary, the acquisition and maintenance of partners. Responsibilities for each transaction will be allocated at the beginning of the term.
