What is the ACCESS Test?
ACCESS for ESOL students is a secure large-scale English language proficiency assessment administered to Kindergarten through 12th-grade students who have been identified as English language learners (ELLs). It is given annually in WIDA Consortium to monitor students' progress in acquiring academic English.
The ACCESS test is given to each ESOL student at the end of the school year to assess their growth in English proficiency. ACCESS testing focuses on four domains; Listening, Speaking, Reading, and Writing.
ACCESS TEST Results normally arrive mid May.
Parents will receive a copy of test results.
