Clubs

The Moot Court club builds knowledge and awareness of the judicial system and the types of law careers that exist through real world law applications. Members participate in competitions such as the Spring and Fall Bowl; NYS Bar Association Mock Trial Tournament; Northport Annual Law Day Competition; and the Annual In-house POBJFK Tournament which includes schools from across long island and judges from the community as well as alumni. 

Membership Requirements: Students must be enrolled in Principles of Law or have completed Principles of Law.

The Wall Street Investors club provides members with an opportunity to learn a variety of investment strategies in a fun and engaging environment. Each member participates in a county-wide fall and spring Stock Market Challenge along with many other in-house competitions that take place throughout the year.  Guest speakers frequently visit the club to provide members with a first-hand account of a career in finance

Membership Requirements: Must attend at least 75% of meetings and participate in 75% of club competitions, no courses are required
