Eligibility
Papers must be original and not previously published or under review elsewhere.
At least one author must register for the conference to present the paper.
Paper Format
All submissions must follow the Tropical Scientific Journal (TSJ) template.
Font: Bookman Old Style font, size 11 pt, single/double-column (as specified).
Maximum length: 8-10 pages (including references, tables, and figures).
File format: DOC/DOCX only.
Abstract Submission
Abstracts must be 200–300 words.
Include title, author names, affiliations, and keywords.
The abstract should consist of Introduction, Problem Statement, Objectives, Design/methodology/approach, Findings,Originality/value/implications, Conclusion and Keywords
Include at least three and not more than five keywords
Title: Upper Case, Bold, Font 12 and Times New Roman.
Name of The Author and Institution: Capitalize Each Word, Font: 12 and Times New Roman.
Contents: Font Size: 12, Font Type: Times New Roman.
Full Paper Submission
Full papers should include:
Title page with author details.
Abstract and keywords.
Introduction, Methodology, Results, Discussion, Conclusion, and References.
References should follow APA style.
Plagiarism Policy
Submissions must have plagiarism below 20% (excluding references).
Papers found plagiarized will be automatically rejected.
Peer Review Process
All papers will undergo double-blind peer review by at least two reviewers.
Authors will be notified of acceptance/rejection with reviewer comments.
Revised papers must be resubmitted within the given deadline.
Presentation Requirement
Accepted papers must be presented virtually at the conference.
Presenters must follow time limits (typically 10–15 minutes for virtual presentations).
Online presentation is limited to 15 minutes. 10 minutes for the live online presentation and 5 minutes for question and answer session. We recommend presenters to introduce themselves before starting the video presentation.
Publication
Accepted and presented papers will be published in the conference proceedings or Tropical Scientific Journal (TSJ).

Conference Presentation Evaluation includes Introduction/Literature Review, Methodology, Result/Discussion, Conclusion, Presenter communicates ideas effectively, Presenter exhibits logical organization, Question & Answer.
