Professor Emeritus Ts. Dr. Ismail Abdul Rahman
He is a highly decorated academic and engineering professional, recently honoured with the Emeritus title by Universiti Tun Hussein Onn Malaysia (UTHM) in December 2023 for his nearly four decades of service and leadership. He holds a PhD in Civil Engineering (Building Engineering) from the University of Manchester, UK, a Master's from Heriot-Watt University, and a Bachelor's from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia. Dr. Li DeJian, of the Miao ethnicity, is a Professor and Master of Laws. He currently serves as the Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and President of Guizhou Vocational College of Media and Communication. His primary research focuses on Chinese Ethnic Minority Economy and Vocational and Technical Education Management. He has served as the chief editor of several national and provincial-level "14th Five-Year Plan" textbooks for vocational education, including Business Etiquette and Professional Literacy and Python for Financial Applications.
