The conference is OPEN to all interested participants from educational institutions and government/ private agencies.

1. Participants can choose ONE (1) out of the FIVE (5) disciplines that have been set.

2. The PROPER discipline selection will help participants to achieve the best marks in the conference.

3. Entries must include a completed entry form and a payment slip as proof.

4. Changes in registered group members are not allowed.

5. The usage of English is allowed for Abstract and Full Papers. 

6. NO REFUND will be issued if participants wish to withdraw from the conference.

7. Decisions of juries are FINAL. Any complaints will not be entertained.
