Fee Structure for the PHSN Band

Our Band Boosters and School District work very hard to keep Band affordably accessible to all students.  It is because of their diligent fundraising and budgeting work that our Band expenses per student are in the LOWEST 10% of Band programs nationally.

Fee structure for SY 2023-2024 below:

Band Fee

$225 per Student

This fee is assessed to each student participating in the PHSN Band Program.  It helps to fund instrument and music supplies, adjunct instruction and guest clinicians, custom music and drill arrangements for the Marching Band, uniforms, and more.

This fee is due on the first day of Pre-Band Camp annually, and is paid to the Pickerington North Band Boosters.

PLSD Pay-to-Participate Fee

$150 per Student

This fee is assessed to each student participating in the PHSN Band Program by the Pickerington Local School District.  This fee exists for all activity participants in PLSD, and is NOT managed by the Band Boosters.

This fee is due on the first day of school annually, and is paid to the Pickerington Local School District.

This fee can be paid in-person in the PHSN Athletic Office, or online through Infinite Campus.

Special Trips

When the Band travels to places like Disney, the Fiesta Bowl, the Rose Parade, or any other special trip, students each pay their own trip fee to participate in the trip.  These fees vary in cost due to the trip destination and inclusions, and special trips usually occur every-other year.  When a trip is announced, the fee and payment structure will be announced as well.
