Self-care is more than a buzz word and something you can buy. The Wheel of Wellness looks at your whole life (holistic) and the factors that bring about wellness in everything you are and all that you do!

This zine is inspired by the work of Jane E. Myers and Thomas J. Sweeney’s work on the Indivisible Self.

Dive into this zine as folks dove into their lives for every small, memorable, painful, joyous gesture that expresses their experience living as part of this community.

It is a culmination of Viola Spolin and Vegas Improv Power exercises.

May this inspire you to believe the truths about yourself, look within your wild heart, and see you for you.
