Free Zines

Find downloadable pdfs of my zines here.

These read better in print, but I understand that not everyone knows what zines are, the power they hold in the literary world, and the understanding to make their own.

May these inspire you to start telling your story. May these spark a need to explore these topics.

Origin Story

When I was an undergraduate student, I was told many times there was no money in a history degree. I realize that people who encourage doubt and fear don't bet on their own potential.

Despite graduating in a recession, working minimum wage work in the food industry for a decade, and growing up in an island that the world sometimes dismiss, I am the hero of my own story. I enjoy intersectional career choices because my history degree gave me the road map of unconventional folks in the past who challenged the status quo.

If they can, I can.

If it doesn't exist it, find a way to invent it.

May I be a reminder that it is possible to enjoy working in art, media, activism, education, and leadership.
