Your Teachers

Hi Lancers! I'm Coach Head and this is my third year teaching Physical Education at Lydiksen and fourth year overall. I grew up in San Luis Obispo, CA and received my undergraduate degree in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Physical Education teaching from California State University, East Bay. After East Bay I focused on a career in the fitness industry before eventually returning to school to pursue my teaching credential and Masters degree in Educational Leadership. Outside of school I enjoy coaching high school football, being active, cooking, reading, attending sporting events and hanging out with friends and family.
