New Enrollment:
All students attending the IPAL Preschool @ Harvest Park must complete the district registration process before their first day of school. An in person appointment and tour is necessary before completing the registration forms below. Following the appointment, you will need to complete the following steps:
IF YOU ARE A NEW STUDENT, please START at the PUSD enrollment page. Complete STEPS 1-3
Then email our preschool registrar Trushna Dubey at tdubey@pleasantonusd.net with your enrollment paperwork. IPAL Preschool registrar will review your online enrollment submission and will contact you if anything is missing to complete the registration. An invoice will be sent to you by the registrar after registration, if neededAny inquiries regarding enrollment/registration should be directed to The Preschool Information at 925-462-3325.
INFORMATION NEEDED for Online Process:
Immunization records - reflecting what has been completed so far. Documentation of immunizations must be signed/stamped by a doctor. Immunizations REQUIRED for entering school up to the age of 5:
3 doses of Polio
4 doses of DTap (Diphtheria , tetanus, and pertussis. May read: DT or DTP)
3 doses of Hep B (Hepatitis B)
1 dose of MMR (measles, mumps, rubella) given on or after first birthday
1 dose of Hib (Haemophilus influenzae type B) given on or after first birthday
1 dose of Varicella (chickenpox)
2 proofs of residency (7 acceptable items: Television Cable, Water, Landline (phone), Garbage, PG&E, Rental/Lease Agreement within the last 30 days, Close of Escrow within the last 30 days)
Copy of birth certificate or passport
Tuition Payments:
Tuition is due the beginning of every trimester: August, November, and March.
Tuition is $1135 per trimester.
Please Visit our "Store" through our Future Fund site. You will be given the option to pay by credit card or check/cash upon checkout.
(There will be a 3% convenience fee added to payments made via credit card)
