Drop off and pick up

DROP OFF - PICK UP TIMES

Drop off and pick up will be staggered to reduce gatherings at the beginning and end of the school day. Your child(ren) has been allocated a 8.50am, 9am or 9.10am drop off / 2.50pm, 3pm or 3.10pm pick up. Please see Nursery drop off / pick up information by clicking here .

If your child's surname is A-G, their drop off is 8.50am and pick up 2.50pm

If your child's surname is H-N, their drop off is 9am and pick up 3pm

If your child's surname is O-Z, their drop off is 9.10am and pick up 3.10pm

GATES

In order for social distancing between adults, we would ask that parent / carers observe the following (please follow signage):

• Entry to the school grounds via the lane entrances only (car park closed to parents / carers). Please note, pupils in P6b and P6/7 should enter via the courtyard gates rather than the lane (see map below)

• Exits from the school grounds via Bowton Road and gate adjacent to MUGA pitch

• Please note, no bikes or scooters are to be left in school grounds. Should children wish to travel to school on these, parents / carers must take them home. This is to minimise the potential spread of infection.

We appreciate this may be inconvenient for some families, however, to reduce congestion and help adhere to physical distancing, this will create a one-way flow of traffic.

INDIVIDUAL CLASS ARRANGEMENTS

• P1-P3 will enter the building via their class door (signs will indicate class name and teacher)

• P4a, P4b and P5b will enter via door adjacent to Nursery garden fence (Station Road end)

• P5/6, P7b and P5a will enter via door to the left of the dining hall

• P7a, P6a will enter via door to right of dining hall

• P6b and P6/7 will enter via the Courtyard
