Student Division Make-Up Class Policy
Student Division Make-Up Class Policy
Make-up classes are limited to 5 per school year, to be completed before May 1.
Classes cannot be made up after April due to preparations for Spring Performance.
Dancers may not take a make-up class that is above their current level.
Make-up classes cannot be taken in lieu of normally scheduled classes.
No make-up classes can be scheduled during Family Observation Weeks or Evaluation Weeks
Preparatory
Dancers enrolled in Preparatory A or B may attend a make-up class in the alternate Preparatory class, or in Pre-Ballet 6/7.
Level 1
Dancers enrolled in Level 1 A or B may attend a make-up class in the alternate Level 1 class, or in any of the Preparatory classes.
Level 2
Dancers enrolled in Level 2 may attend a make-up class in any Level 1 class.
Level 3
Dancers enrolled in Level 3 may attend a make-up class in a Level 2 class.
Level 4
Dancers enrolled in Level 4 may attend a make-up class in Level 3 on Fridays.
Level 5
Makeup classes are not available for Level 5, as students attend class 5-days per week.
