If an incident has occured and your mobile device isn't functional, please contact the Help Desk at help@pitkincounty.com or (970) 986-4502.
The Help Desk can send you a one-time push for the day. Simply contact the Help Desk at help@pitkincounty.com or (970) 986-4502.
If you receive a suspicious email and aren't sure what you should do, please contact the Help Desk at help@pitkincounty.com or (970) 986-4502.
If you receieve a suspicious email and want to mark it as phishing, simply click on the "three dots" in the upper-right corner of the email and choose "Report Phishing."
If you are having an issue with your VPN, sometimes simply shutting down and restarting your computer will solve the problem.

The Help Desk can update, create and remove Google groups. Please contact them by emailing help@pitkincounty.com or calling (970) 986-4502.
If you have been LOCKED OUT of Munis ESS: Please contact help@pitkincounty.com or call (970) 986-4502, they will be able to assist you.
If you are a new employee/user and cannot access Munis ESS, it may be because your action entry hasn't been completed in Munis LIVE, yet. If this is the case, please contact payroll@pitkincounty.com and ask for assistance.

To enable more easeful communication across the organization, IT has implemented Shared Contacts. This add-on allows all users within Pitkin County to have the contacts of all employees auto-synced to their work phones.
As the County has implemented Shared Contacts we have seen a few issues pop up that require some troubleshooting. Please click the link below to review how you can troubleshoot issues such as: duplicate contacts; multiple contacts for one number; cleaning up your contacts; and more!
Cartegraph is Pitkin County's most used Asset Management tool. We have over fifty internal users across six departments. These users accept requests from over 400 County personnel and track their progress by applying different resources to each task or work order. All of this can be tracked using the system's powerful reporting tools. The Reports help determine budget forecasts and show the return on the county's investments in an easily digestible format. Whether these users are in the field using Cartegraph ONE on their mobile device or in the office on the Operations Management Dashboard, Cartegraph communicates equipment status and how much material is in stock, and who is assigned these tasks. This allows our crews to more efficiently and effectively accomplish a day's work knowing their labor and time is being properly tracked.
