HTML Project

In this project, students made two webpages sharing information about them. The first page, "All About Me" has to have three paragraphs, and be visually appealing. The second page, "More About Me" has to have two pages and be visually appealing too. There also had to be two relative links, two absolute links, at least one image and one border on each page, at least two fonts, and a background color.

Procedure:

1) Students coded using TextEdit the HTML code for their webpage

2) Students then used CSS to decorate their webpage and make it visually appealing

3) Students then check their code and display to see if their is anything wrong

4) Students do peer reviews and then check their own work based on that

5) Students finish their project and turn it in

WISCR:

W: Well Rounded

I think I was well rounded becaused I completed all aspects of the project, was focused, did not disrupt the class, and I gave good suggestions for the person I was editing. 

I: Insightful and Critical Thinker

I think I was an insightful and critical thinker because I had to think critically and insightfully about how to code my webpages so that they would work but also be appealing for whoever visits them. 

S: Self Motivated Individual

I think I was self-motivated because I had to motivate myself to do work and make sure I put in my best effort.

C: Clear Communicaters

I think I was a clear communicater because I was clear with what I had to do/ requirements for this project.

R: Respectful Individuals of Character

I was respectful towards myself and everyone else during this project.

S-What worked:

My code and displays worked well, I didn't really have to edit anything.

O-What didn't work

In my project, everything worked out. I did make a couple of typos for my links since the codes for them are complicated but it was easy to fix.

U- What did you learn

I combined all the skills I learned with HTML and CSS to make my own page. I learned how to code to display text, add links, and style my text and webpage.

L-What prevented you from having a sucessful project

I think I did pretty well,  execept I did mess up on the code for my links but I fixed it quickly. I don't think there was anything that prevented me from having a sucessful project.
