Project description - This All About Me and More About Me project was done entirely in HTML and CSS code. Our job was to create 2 web pages that are linked to each other by two relative links. Another requirement was adding absolute links that direct to websites on the world wide web. Different formatting tags must be used on these pages to show HTML skills. Also, we were encouraged to add multiple different fonts, font sizes, and colors to our web pages.
Procedure - To start, I wrote my paragraphs ahead of time on Google Docs. Then I created a simple code that made a simply web page. After a few styling lessons, I slowly made my website look more aesthetically pleasing. Eventually, I added different fonts, font formats, colors, and backgrounds. Then, I moved on to styling my More About Me page. I wrote two paragraphs on this page and styled it in a similar way to my All About Me, but with different colors. I then linked the pages together with relative thinks. Lastly, I checked my website and code then submitted.
This is my All About Me webpage. The link on the word "here" leads to my More About Me page and if you click the photo of the runner, you are brought to the athletic.net website.
This is my More About Me page. The link of the word "here" leads to my All About Me page and if you click on the photo of the book, it takes you to Amazon where you can buy it.
Soul Reflections:
S - Strength - One of my strengths was that I used different fonts, different colors, and used both absolute and relative links on both my pages.
O - Opportunity - If I had to do this again, I would use boarders because I found out after turning my project in that using boarders was one of the requirements.
U - Understand - Some things I learned from this were to make sure to read all the instructions and requirements so I don't forget anything
L - Limitation - I don't think I had any limitations, but obviously more time would have been nice.
