Registration for SOFLOMUN officially opens on July 27th. The registration for SOFLOMUN works on a first-come, first-serve basis, with delegates who register first being prioritized in the conference, and the rest being put on our Waitlist. As promoted, it is $20 to register yourself individually, and the delegation fee is $30. Delegations in Broward County and surrounding areas are welcome to attend. REGISTRATION POLICY
SOFLOMUN 2026 aims to provide every delegate with the chance to attend a Model United Conference at a low cost and near their area. This means delegations should only register if they are 100% sure they can attend. At the bottom of the registration form is an acknowledgement of our registration policy, which specifically says that should a delegation register for the conference they MUST attend. This means every delegate in your delegation who signed up for a position at the conference must attend for at least 50% of the weekend. Delegations are discouraged from dropping out of the conference last minute or not going at all, as this takes up space that another delegation could be using to attend.
To receive your roles, delegations first must make a 20% deposit of their total payment, including both any delegation fees and delegate fees, that is due by October 14th. This deposit of 20% is nonrefundable, and once a delegation pays it, the only thing they may refund is any other payments made afterward.
Delegations who do pull out last minute will be refrained from attending future conferences, along with no refund if done a month before the conference (September 9th).
