ABout Library Classes

Library instruction is provided on a flexible basis and is not part of the encore rotation.  Usually students in grades 4 and 5 receive library instruction and exchange books every two weeks. At times classes may come more or less frequently depending on curricular needs. Students in grade 6 receive library instruction in the context of curricular projects and most classes come on a regular basis for book exchange. 

The library is open for independent visits from 8:15 until 3:10.  Any student in any grade, with permission from their teacher,  can visit the library at their time of need.
