CSN Grade Reports

Due to FERPA (privacy) violation concerns, CSN will no longer release grade reports to Pinecrest without a Third Party Authorization on file. This must be completed individually by each student for Pinecrest to continue to receive grade reports.

At this time, Dual Enrollment students have two options:

Option 1. Complete the Third Party Authorization, listing Pinecrest Academy and Jeff Doyle as authorized third-party recipients of information. This can be done online through the student's MyCSN account or in person at the registrar’s office.

Option 2. The student will be responsible for providing Pinecrest with a grade report once the semester grades post to their CSN transcript. Students can either print this from their MyCSN account or go to the Registrar in person to pick it up. ​​​​

Without either of these options, we will not be able to enter the grades on the Pinecrest transcript and the student will be considered credit deficient. This will affect the student's Dual Enrollment status moving forward. Please email Jeff.Doyle@pinecrestnv.org with any questions.
