Close all unnecessary tabs and work within one window.
Be sure to shutdown and restart your Chromebook every day. (Don't just close the cover. Actually power it off.) Watch this video for step-by-step instructions for powering off as well as closing tabs.
Sometimes it happens a document or video does not open. PLEASE CHECK to BE SURE your child is logged into his/her PBCSD Google account. Many of our student resources are set to only open if in this account. Try again by signing out of all the other accounts.

PC: Print Screen button and paste into a doc
Mac: Shift + Command + 4
Chromebook: Control + Window Switcher button
You may also wish to record a screen video of the issue using the video recorder, Screencastify (a Google extension).
