CLasslink
ClassLink solves the problem of too many usernames and passwords. It’s a one-click single sign-on solution that gives PBCSD students access to digital resources. With ClassLink, log in once and access all your apps on any device.
Once a student logs into his/her Pine Bush Google account, there will be a tab labeled "LogIn" at the top of the screen.
Click the "Login" tab or go to this link.
Choose "Sign in with Google". If you get a "Not Connected" or an error message, follow the directions on this website's HOME PAGE for syncing your child's Pine Bush domain Google account with Classlink.
If the student closes the "Login" tab, he/she will find the Classlink link in the "Pine Bush Sites" folder in the bookmark bar located at the top left of the page. (If needed, choose the three dots at the end of the address bar and "Bookmarks" to unhide the Bookmark bar.)
If you are not using a school-issued device and Classlink does not automatically open when logging in, you can directly go to the Classlink using this direct link: https://launchpad.classlink.com/pbcsd

Understanding Yor Student's i-Ready Diagnosic Results
i-Ready includes a Diagnostic Tool that will measure student strengths and needs in September, Winter, and Spring for grades k - 5. Our goal is to see the growth of each of our students from the initial administration at the beginning of the year to the end-of-year administration. i-Ready is NOT a traditional graded assessment. The i-Ready Diagnostic is a computer adaptive tool and is, like Goldie Locks and the Three Bears, trying to find the spot that is "just right." When a student answers a question correctly, the program gives the student a harder question and when a student answers a question incorrectly, the computer gives the student an easier question. In doing so, students, by design will get about 50% of the items correct and 50% of the items incorrect. Additionally, for students who are doing well, the i-Ready Diagnostic will ask students questions that could be up to three grade levels above the student's current grade in order to find "just right" for the student.
The i-Ready diagnostic score can be found on the My Progress tab in your child's i-Ready account.
Just ask your child to log in and you can review the scores with them there. For additional information about your child's scores, please reference the For Families report
