PickATime: A Parent Teacher Conference Scheduling Program

PickATime is an online service that allows guardians to plan and schedule conferences with their elementary child(ren)’s teachers. Elementary level homeroom teachers will be using this service while other elementary teachers may have the option to do so.

We want to share that our online scheduling system for Parent/Teacher Conferences called PickATime will be activated for the elementary level as conference dates approach.  PickATime allows parents/guardians the opportunity to schedule their own appointments online.  

Please use the appropriate link in the document below to create an account and schedule appointments with classroom teachers in the elementary schools.  

NOTE: Until the PickATime site is opened at the district level, the district link will not be active.

NOTE: Some support staff and Unified Arts teachers may be choosing other options to reach out for conference scheduling.  

Elementary conferences will be offered in-person unless arranged with the teacher to be virtual.

A few things to keep in mind when using PickATime: 

• You must create a PickATime account before it is possible to schedule conferences with homeroom teachers.

• The Pine Bush Central School District has a PickATime link for scheduling elementary level conferences. https://pickatime.com/PineBushCentralSchoolDistrict

• You will need the child(ren)'s student ID and birth date when signing into the account.

• When scheduling, be sure to leave enough time between appointments to allow some time for delays.

• There will be one appointment available per student per teacher. Please contact the teacher if you are in need of scheduling an additional appointment for your child. The teacher will need to block out a time for the additional appointment prior to the district link becoming active.  

• You can request a new password on the scheduling page if you have forgotten it. If you do not receive the new password message, please check your spam or junk email box. If you still do not find it, you can email support@pickatime.com and ask for a password reset.

• Email reminders can be set up in your PickATime account. 

• Appointments must be cancelled on PickATime at least 24 hours in advance or it will not be possible to re-schedule for a different date. Contact your child's school to re-schedule if it is less than 24 hours in advance. 

• PickATime will allow for only one date/time per student per teacher. Contact the teacher for an additional appointment if needed. 

Please contact the child's teacher if you are having trouble. The teacher may need to reach out to the building administrator and/or direct you to fill out the IT form for further assistance.
