Running an OAC meeting is vitally important to your program. It is required by PDE/BCTE. Attached are the various forms that the School District of Philadelphia has developed to guide you in running your OAC meeting.

All OAC members that attend must sign in as official record -->
All OAC meetings must have minutes taken and submitted to your building administration for response --> Minutes with administrative responses must be kept for official records for the APE evaulation.
One OAC meeting must have a Facilities Inspection & Walkthrough. Have your OAC members use this form to inspect your lab(s) -->
One OAC meeting should discuss and evaluate the program's curriculum. Use this form to guide the discussion -->
If the OAC recommends new industry equipment, use this form for your OAC to support the purchase -->
