• Tasnim organized various meetings throughout the week before SCH

• I attended all the meetings and made sure I had the right scouting app 

• We also practiced collecting scouting data

• Tasnim also appointed me assistant scout lead, so I led a group of people who scouted, while I paper scouted.

• Yes, Tasnim had a lot of scouting data and we ended up having to use it when we became alliance captains. 

• I learned that teamwork is really important in stressful situations like these. We needed to make sure we were all on the same page about who we were scouting and how. Luckily, Tasnim is a great Scout lead and she told us exactly what kind of data she valued more right away. 

• I think my work this month brought me a lot closer to all of my team members because I had to communicate to them what they had to scout. Discussing the matches also brought us closer together.
