Completion of this form will generate an e-mail to all school counselors at Clements.
Completion of this form is limited to those with an error on their schedule. Upon completion, a member of the counseling team will review your request. The user name and password will be e-mailed to the primary parent listed in ParentVUE.
The above link will serve as notification of relocation/withdrawal. Upon completion, a pdf document will be forwarded to the e-mail provided. This document can then be shared with the receiving school.
Logging Into Google CLassroom
Students should log in to Google Classroom using the following credentials:
Username: studentIDnumber@pgschools.net
Password: birth date formatted MMDDYYYY
If you student is logging in using their credentials from last year (@pgs.k12.va.us) they will not be able to see their classes for this year. Please get in touch with one of our counselors if you need further assistance.
During the School Day
By Phone - Please call the school at 804-733-2730, and ask to speak with one of our school counselors.
By Email - Send any member of our team an email with your questions or concerns, email addresses are listed above. This is the most effective way to get in touch with our team members.
In Person - We ask that you refrain from meeting with counselors in person unless you have a pre-scheduled appointment with them. Due to the nature of the work we do, counselors may not be available when you show up if you do not have an appointment.
After School Hours
By Email - If a need or concern arises after the school day has ended, please email a counselor or wait until the following day to call.
During the Summer
Counseling office summer hours are Monday - Thursday 7:00am - 5:00pm. The office operates on a limited staff during the summer, so please call or email before coming into the building.
