Ohio Governor's Scholarship

I was blessed and honored to recieve the Ohio Governor's Scholarship Award from Miami University, which covers the cost of full tuition and fees through four years of undergraduate study. One individual from each of Ohio's counties was chosen to recieve this honor. With my financial burden lightened, I will be able to focus solely on my studies, and will more easily be able to attend a graduate program in the future.

Wiicinaakosioni Scholarship

The Wiicinaakosioni Program at Miami University "aims to provide high school seniors from underrepresented backgrounds and those with an appreciation for diversity, equity, and inclusion with an introduction to Miami University and its place in the diversity, equity, and inclusion landscape." Through various virtual and in-person events and sessions, I was able to learn how inclusive Miami University is for each of its students. I learned about the various opportunities at Miami for those from different backgrounds, and gained an even bigger appreciation for Miami University through their drive to make students feel safe and included.
