The following instruments have supplies that must be purchased. You can buy them yourself at one of the stores listed or pay a fee via MySchoolBucks (coming soon) for Ms. Ward to order them for your child. The instrument will not work without these items; thank you for your cooperation in getting this.

Not all brands of instrument are made of the same quality. Many instruments available on Amazon will eventually break, and instrument repair shops will refuse to fix them if they are a "bad" brand. Below are some brands I know to be trustworthy and of great quality. If you do not see the brand listed that you are considering purchasing, PLEASE contact me to ask before purchasing.

IMPORTANT! If renting or buying string instruments online, please have your child measured by Ms. Ward for the correct instrument size for string instruments. They are sold in different sizes based on the arm length of the child. If you obtain a string instrument that is too big, your child will physically struggle to be able to learn to play.

Please reach out with any questions about this process; Ms. Ward wants to ensure all orchestra students have the correct sized instruments.
