Transcript/Recommendation Requests

We are going PAPERLESS!! Phone, mail, or fax requests will no longer be accepted. Please refrain from sending transcript requests by way of email. Allow up to 48-72 hours for processing of your request.


Current students...

  • Students should continue using the different platforms (Sendedu, Common App, Naviance, Coalition, Black Common App, etc.) for regular/official/final transcript requests.
  • Any other requests (scholarship applications, personal use, etc.) should be submitted via scriborder at pgcpsmd.scriborder.com. This is a service that is provided for free by the county. If you have any further questions about these platforms, please feel free to reach out to your professional school counselor.
  • All recommendation requests must be submitted via email to your grade level counselor.

Graduates...

  • STUDENT RECORD REQUESTS (transcripts, diplomas, verifications, etc.) WILL BE PROCESSED WITHIN 10 - 25 BUSINESS DAYS FROM THE TIME THE REQUEST IS RECEIVED.
  • Requests for pick up is currently unavailable.
  • You will receive emails from scribonline@scribsoft.com to notify you of the status of your order. It is important you read those emails carefully as additional information may be required to process you request.


Former students that last attended prior to 2014...

Seniors....

As we prepare you for your future, 11:59pm to a College Professor is not 12:01am. Submit all requests at least 10 business days prior to your deadline. Rule of thumb, "a delay on your part is not a priority on ours". Submit Secondary School Reports and School Specific requests to the Front Desk in the Counseling Suite; for our records, you are still required to submit the Transcript/Recommendation Request form.

An blank envelope must be provided to the School Counseling Office for all transcript requests to be mailed home or to an institution. See above for how to address the envelope.
