Requests

  • Parent Teacher Conference - All Parent/Teacher conferences are scheduled at 9:00am. Parent/Counselors conferences (in-person, phone or video conferences) are scheduled throughout the day. E-mail your scholars Counselor to schedule an appointment.


  • School Counselor Appointment Request - Students can schedule conferences with their Counselor via e-mail. Non-emergency based students walk-ins are during students designated lunch periods or with a pass from a teacher. All students must sign-in at the front desk; you will be directed accordingly thereafter; do not just walk to the back!


  • Schedule Change Request SY20 Schedule Change window September 5th-6th- PGCPS POLICY!!!! - There are no schedule changes after the 1st 21 business days of school!!

Requests for schedule changes will be considered for the following reasons only:

• Failure to satisfy course prerequisites

• Seniors need specific courses to meet Maryland Graduation Requirements

• Correction of an obvious error is necessary

• Summer school grades are received and processed

• Authentic, documented health reasons are presented

• Extenuating circumstances requiring the principal's approval are present

Students/parents cannot choose a particular teacher. Scheduling is done based on coursework needed to meet Graduation Requirements. If a problem arises or exists with a particular teacher, a Parent Teacher Conference should be scheduled. If the problem continues, raise your concerns to the attention of the grade level administrator for resolution.


Turn completed Service Learning Forms into Counseling Suite by September 30 for summer service or by the end of each semester in which service is done for SSL hours to be reflected in SchoolMAX or on your official transcript.
