Bezos Scholars Program; June 24-30, 2025
To be considered, U.S. students must:
Attend an eligible* public high school in the United States that currently has a 30% or greater overall free and reduced lunch rate.
Be a junior at the time they are applying to the program.
Be enrolled in or have taken one or more advanced course during their high school career. This includes Advanced Placement (AP), International Baccalaureate (IB), and college-level courses.
Be a U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or have received DACA status.
Be available to fully participate in the year-long program and attend all dates for the Aspen Ideas Festival trip in Aspen, Colorado, slated for June 22 - June 28, 2024.
Nominate an educator, a willing and supportive adult from their school to serve as a mentor, who will fully participate in the program and go on the trip to Aspen with them.

Corps Leadership Invitational; February, 2025
High school juniors and seniors can apply to attend our Corps Leadership Invitational (CLI) this February. Juniors and seniors who apply must be in the top 25% of their class ranking and have an "A" average grade point. Seniors must have applied for admission to Texas A&M for the fall 2025.
After completing the online application, students will be required to submit (email) a high school transcript to verify they meet the class ranking and grade requirement. If approved, the student will be asked to complete the CLI registration.

Military Academies Summer Programs
Air Force Academy: Summer Seminar at the United States Air Force Academy gives students the opportunity to experience life on campus firsthand. Specially designed for high school juniors heading into their senior year, Summer Seminar allows participants to live like a U.S. Air Force Academy cadet for four days.
Naval Academy: The United States Naval Academy Summer Seminar is the first step in navigating your future to becoming one of our nation's next generation of leaders. If you are currently in your junior year of high school and considering the Naval Academy as your college of choice, we strongly recommend you consider applying to Summer Seminar. Summer Seminar will introduce you to life at the Academy, where you will experience first-class academic, athletic, and professional training at the #1 Top Public College in the Country (2025 U.S. News & World Report College Ranking Report). Your Summer Seminar application will also serve as a preliminary application to the Academy that you will complete before or during your senior year. During the six-day session, you will become a part of the Academy. You will live in Bancroft Hall (the dormitory all midshipmen live in), participate in academic and leadership workshops, and experience a variety of other activities on the campus. You will have an opportunity to see firsthand what the Academy has to offer through its exceptional academic, athletic, extracurricular activities and leadership training programs.
West Point: Led by current West Point cadets, Summer Leaders Experience (SLE) is a weeklong immersion into a West Point cadet's academic, military, and social life. At SLE, you will explore West Point from all angles, including our high-tech educational facilities, team-building athletic activities, and realistic military training. SLE gives you a taste of the character, determination, commitment to excellence, and leadership skills required to become a cadet at West Point.

US Naval Academy Summer STEM
Thinking of a career as a coder, game developer, designer, or robotics engineer? Then start with the experience of a world-class program like the Naval Academy’s Summer STEM Program.
STEM is all about exploring, creating, building, and making things better, and at our Summer STEM Program, you’ll do just that. You’ll work with students from all over the country as you test your problem-solving, creativity, and collaboration skills.
The program fee is $750 per session.
Unite STEM - Army Educational Outreach Program
Unite is a four-to-six week, pre-collegiate summer experience for talented high school students from priority populations in STEM. Held at higher education institutions across the country, Unite encourages students to pursue college majors and careers in engineering and other STEM-related fields through a program of focused hands-on rigorous academics, enrichment and career exploration.
Criteria:
Rising 9th through rising 12th grade students are eligible.
Students must be from priority populations in science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM). Eligibility varies by location; check the specific site listing for additional information.
National Leadership Challenge Weekend (University of North Georgia); April 4-6, 2025
You must be a high school freshman, sophomore, junior, or senior enrolled in a college preparatory program and have a minimum grade point average of 2.8 on a scale of 4.0 (or an 81 in numerical terms) in order to qualify for NLC.
NOTE: Current college students who are looking to transfer to UNG can attend National Leadership Challenge. They must have applied for admission to UNG before they attend NLC.
NLC is a physical program, and you must be in reasonable physical condition to attend. NLC activities vary from semester to semester, and may include activities such as rappelling, basic military tactics, obstacle courses, and leadership reaction courses.

Four Star Leadership Program; July 13-18, 2025
The Four Star Leadership Ethics Bowl is a formatted as an in-depth discussion and thought exchange on pre-determined topics and scenarios that effect our world and leaders of today. The teams’ performances are evaluated on the exchange of valid ideas and points relevant to the topics. Participants are judged on their ability to offer constructive criticism, cooperation and communication while analyzing problems and creating solutions.
The program includes team-building exercises, spontaneous problem solving and coaching in persuasive speaking and writing. The program is FREE to students.
The Four Star Leadership program can help you maximize your leadership potential. During the program you will learn how to:

National Intelligence Summer Academy; July 15-19, 2024
The program is designed for U.S. high school students who will be sophomores, juniors, or seniors in fall 2024. The program will take place July 15-19, 2024. The application is currently open and will close on April 15, 2024. This is a highly selective program. To ensure we have plenty of time to review you application, please apply soon!
We will select the participants no later than mid-May. If selected, we will send instructions on how to pay the $149 participation fee. The fee defrays the expenses of all on-campus meals, course materials, and the motor coach travel on the last day of the program. The University of North Georgia awards a limited number of scholarships to students who would otherwise be unable to attend due to financial limitations.

Granbury HS MCJROTC Air Rifle Summer Camp; June 24-27, 2024
This advanced camp is for athletes with at least one year of JROTC Air Rifle shooting team experience. Coaches can also register to attend the advanced camp even without an athlete as we will go deeper into advanced topics that apply to coaches as well as athletes.

Future Leader Camp (FLC) at Norwich University; July 26-August 3, 2025 (Session II)
FLC is a nine-day, military-style summertime adventure experience that builds an understanding of small-group leadership techniques, leadership ethics, teamwork, problem-solving, and communication. Participants will encounter challenges, excitement, and fun. Activities include rappelling, paintball, first-aid, classroom instruction, a challenge course, and more. Teams are led by current Norwich University cadets and professional leaders to ensure expert instruction and a life-changing experience.
