Anatomy TV is an interactive way to discover the human body including the skeletal system, cell biology, respiratory system and much more; see images in minute detail, read case studies and take quizzes.
You can also save any image or video from Anatomy TV and include it in your work.
Click the Anatomy and Physiology tab to find textbook-style modules that guide you through several different processes of the body.
In each topic you can find 3D models, videos, and diagrams. The right side includes learning objectives and text.
Use the icons tab on the far left to access useful indexes, find interactive quizzes for each section, and save any images or text.
You can find this under Functional Anatomy and Therapy. Find live action videos demonstrating resistance training exercises.
You can also watch animations showing how the muscles perform these - such as in this example here.
Please sign in to Anatomy TV first so that the resource can play.
Once you have logged in, use the arrows to change the angle, and click play to view the exercise. You can also view this in reverse.
You can save images of animations and videos, and use them in your own work.
Many of Anatomy TV's modules have quizzes to test your knowledge, but you can also use the 3D Anatomy Quiz App.
Select which body part to focus on, then use the 3D anatomical model to answer the quiz questions.
If you are using a laptop, PC, or Chromebook, this app will load in your browser.
On a mobile or tablet device, you will be asked to download the app - this is available on the Apple Store or Google Play Store.
Be sure to log in to the app from the Anatomy TV website to gain full access.
