There are industrial standard size measurements for men's waistlines, but none for pouches or gussets (Cheng & Kuzmichev 2019). As every man is different, this can be a difficult thing to establish. So it's important to have a pouch that is more pliant & free-forming while simultaneously not compromising on support or comfort (Henson, 1991).

In order to get your correct measurements:

1. Gently fit a tape measure around your waist

2. Write it down so you don't forget

3. Check your size in our stock availability
