What is CARE Team?
Care Team is compromised of teachers, administrators, and family support specialists.
As a team, we work together to provide resources that students and families need to excel and gain resiliency.

Developing plans to assist students in meeting their potential.
Connecting families to resources for basic needs.
Referring students and families to mental health services.
Monitoring student's progress
How can CARE Team and the Family Support Specialist help my child?
Students and families are referred to the CARE Team by school counselors, teachers, administrators, community members and self-referral. If you believe your child would benefit from CARE Team, you can self-refer by contacting a member of CARE Team.
Student and family information will remain confidential under FERPA laws.
