At the end of each year, cadets will attend a Leadership camp where they will be mixed in with cadets from other schools located all over Ohio. They are divided into three companies and participate in a number of activities such as the Leader's Reaction Course, orienteering, archery, one rope bridge, rappelling and water survival. The cadets also take a fitness test and will perform in the drill competition at the end of the week. The camp is designed to teach teamwork and demonstrate the forming, storming, norming and performing stages of team building. On the morning of their last day there will be a ceremony that names the Honor Company. The Honor Company is determined by overall scores from cadre at each activity throughout the camp.
