Is it free to use the GLOSS sound library?
GLOSS is free to explore and use within the Creative Comons guidelines.. We encourage you to integrate these sounds into your own compositions.
Where do these sounds come from?
All of the GLOSS sounds were sampled from the Percy Grainger Home and Studio in White Plains, NY. The sounds include instruments in the collection, sounds from the house such as closing doors and creaking floor boards, as well as ambient sounds from the street and neighborhood.
