Made by the Bell Harp Company, Rockaway, New York and labeled "Special advertising instrument sold through demonstrators only", the instrument is mostly intact but has not been tuned in recent years. It is impossible to know but tempting to think that Percy Grainger was the last person to tune this instrument.
