Read, Kiddos, Read! This summer we encourage all of our elementary students to read as often and as much as possible.

In the links below you will find links to grade-specific brochures featuring some "must-read" childhood selections.

Students do not have to limit their choices to the books listed for their grade levels. These are merely jumping off points. Read far and wide about topics that most interest your student. We have also created these Literacy Activity Calendars for parents to try with their students. Try a new activity each day!

As you scroll to the bottom of the page you will find information about how to access more summer ebook and audio options through the Pequannock Township Public Library.

And finally, don't wait until school starts to talk about books with your school community! Join us on Tuesday evenings at 6:00 pm - 6:30pm at the Pequannock Township Library for Joyful Family Read Alouds. Every week is a different theme, with picture book read aloud, chapter book share, and activities related to the night's theme.
