 Preschool For All

MISSION STATEMENT

Peoria County Regional Office of Education Preschool For All provides children with a quality program, reflecting the diverse culture of our children, families, and community.  We are committed to working with  the community to create successful family and school outcomes.  Classroom work supports the Illinois State Board of Education's Illinois Early Learning and Development Standards and incorporates NAEYC's (National Association for the Education of the Young Child) mission to provide high-quality early learning to all children.  The Peoria County Regional Office of Education Preschool For All aims to make children successful, life-long learners.

WHAT IS PRESCHOOL FOR ALL?

The Illinois State Board of Education believes that the success of all Illinois children can be significantly enhanced when children participate in early childhood programs and services.

Preschool For All offers an appropriate educational program for children who are eligible to participate.  During our full day programming, students participate in whole group literacy instruction, small group literacy, numeracy and social skill development; free center play to develop social skills as well as academic content; and opportunities for gross motor both indoors and outdoors.  Our full day program provides each child with breakfast, lunch, rest time, and snack.  All these are provided at no cost to the family.
