Early Learning for All's home visiting program is available to families with children under three years old and those who are expecting a new baby.
Our home visiting program is funded by the Illinois State Board of Education's Prevention Initiative, a part of the Early Childhood Block grant, so it is 100% for families. No fees are ever collected from families to participate in our program. The Illinois State Board of Education believes that the success of all Illinois children can be significantly enhanced when children participate in early childhood programs and services.
Our home visiting program focuses on partnering, facilitating, and reflecting with families as we work together to develop children's motor, language, intellect, and social-emotional skills.
