Early Learning For All (ELFA) is a part of Peoria Regional Office of Education and encompasses programming and services for ages prenatal through five. Our two main programs, Preschool For All and Home Visiting, are both funded through the Illinois State Board of Education's Early Childhood Block Grant. ELFA supports families from all over the county and has no district residency requirements.

While families must qualify to become part of these free services, there are a variety of ways to qualify. Families qualify through scheduling a screening to determine eligibility. This can be done by contacting our office at 309-740-2294.
