Sunday lunch: 12:30pm – 1:00pm

If you arrive on campus during mealtime, go straight to the Pines to eat and then you can check in at VHQ.  Tell them you are a volunteer who just arrived and haven't had time to check in yet.

Housing: is provided for those who signed up in time and received notification that they have housing. 

Volunteer Headquarters (VHQ) will have your housing assignment.

DO NOT switch rooms. There will be people coming and going on different days, and if an emergency was to occur we need to know where to find people.  

If you have any housing problems during the auction, go to VHQ. They can contact Patrick, the volunteer coordinator, for you.

Penland provides sheets, towels and a pillow. There are a few blankets available. Please bring a blanket with you. It can be chilly at night at Penland, and hopefully it is! 

If you are flying or have forgotten one, ask at VHQ. We've got you covered!
