You should have already prepped your REsource Center profile ahead of time. Now, let's jump in!
YOUR LAUNCH CHECKLIST
When you login to the platform, you will be greeted with an "Agent Launch Checklist". This checklist is designed to get you started on the platform by focusing on the critical agent setup and onboarding items.
The checklist does not have to be completed in one sitting. Slow and steady wins the race!
NOW YOU'RE ROLLING! KEEP GOING WITH THESE BASIC SETUP STEPS:
Your name, contact info, about me, headshot, and social media links are pulled from your BHHS REsource Center every 20 minutes.
However, there are some important fields that don’t sync automatically. Upon your first login, you’ll want to take care of the following:
Email ‘From’ Name
Designations
Daily Call Settings
Email Signature
Licenses

Accessing BHHS Connect while on the go is important! You also don’t want to miss out on the super cool features contained in the Open House app. Make sure to download BOTH related apps on your mobile devices, including tablets.
Upon first login, the apps will ask you if you’d like push or text notifications. We STRONGLY RECOMMEND that you enable push notifications!

Syncing your email account to BHHS Connect gives you the opportunity to sync your calendar, tasks, email, and contacts straight from email to your Smart CRM and Dashboard. It’s an easy process that we suggest you complete.
You will have the option to sync a Microsoft Outlook account or Google account. However, only one email account can be synced at a time.
You can also control each sync setting individually. Want to sync your email, but not contacts? You got it! Quickly and easily change your sync settings at any time by simply clicking on the mail icon in BHHS Connect and then the Outlook/Google settings link.
Email – Emails you have sent to your BHHS Connect leads are shown on the contact's timeline. Later, when you open a lead or contact, you will see your email history.
Sync Tasks/Reminders – The tasks you create in BHHS Connect will be synced to email tasks.
Calendar – Optional, and would appear on your BHHS Connect dashboard.
Contacts – Easily sync your contact database to/from BHHS Connect.

Ensure your signature is setup on whatever email provider you are using.
Add the office Smart Number as a contact on your mobile device to know when an incoming call could be a lead. Please DO NOT call the smart number! It will confuse the system and try and place you in the lead routing.
Add yourself as a contact in your BHHS Connect CRM and subscribe to ALL the automation campaigns you can, so you know exactly how it will work for your leads and clients.
