Adding Adjustment Layer

 Create a new Project and sequence.  Then import the downloaded mp4 and jpeg file into the project.

  Add an Adjustment layer above clip in timeline. (V2)

While on the adjustment layer, select the actor's face using the pen tool, and Add a Lumetri Color Effect (Steel Blue Ice) to adjustment layer.  (Ace's face should be blue)  10 pts

Place the white picture on V3, and change the Blend Mode under Opacity in Effects control to "Soft Light".   10 pts

Export as a H.264.  Your name_adjustment     10 pts
