My Role: I conduct assessments to understand how students learn best, provide counseling for emotional and social development, and work with teachers and parents to implement strategies that support student success.

I'm Holly Rodriguez,Ed.S and I have the privilege of serving as the school psychologist here at Pelham Elementary. My role is to support our students in becoming their best selves—academically, socially, and emotionally. Whether it's helping a child navigate a challenging situation, assisting teachers in creating effective learning environments, or collaborating with families to ensure every student thrives, I'm here to make a positive impact.
