Welcome to Unified Arts at Pelham Elementary School!

The Unified Arts program provides opportunities for students in Kindergarten through fifth grade to unleash their creativity, explore their passions, develop essential skills, and connect with the world in meaningful ways. Every six days your child will embark on exciting journeys through health, music, art, physical education, library, and STEAM.

In health class, students gain the knowledge and habits to nurture their well-being, building a foundation for a healthy life. Through music, students creativity takes flight as they explore rhythm, melody, and harmony. The art classroom is a canvas for imagination, where students develop fine motor skills, explore art principles, and learn to communicate their unique perspectives visually. In physical education, students build strength, coordination, and teamwork, fostering a love for movement and an active lifestyle. The library opens doors to endless worlds, cultivating a passion for reading, researching, and critical thinking skills. Finally, STEAM ignites students curiosity through hands-on projects that integrate science, technology, engineering, art, and mathematics, preparing them for the innovations of tomorrow.

Unified Arts at PES ensures students develop a broader range of skills and interests while opening doors to entirely new experiences. Students might discover a hidden talent for playing an instrument, develop a passion for a particular art form, become fascinated by the world of coding and robotics, and discover new authors, and imaginative realms they might not otherwise encounter.
