Grade 6 learners were introduced to the concept of one-point perspective, a fundamental technique in creating depth and realism in drawings. The focus of the project was to create a dynamic cityscape from a worm’s eye view, simulating the perspective of looking up at towering buildings from ground level. Students learned how to use a vanishing point to guide their drawing, applying rules of perspective to create accurate proportions and angles. The project encouraged the use of bold lines, geometric shapes, and creative details such as windows, signs, and architectural features.
