2026 InventOR Partner - (School  REGISTRATION)

All colleges, universities, and partner institutions intending to participate in the InventOR program must register their institution each cycle. Please complete the following form and submit it no later than December 31st for participation in the upcoming year’s cycle.

Regional Innovation Jam - REGISTRATION - (All Participants)

The Regional Innovation Jam welcomes students, alumni, educators, and community members to join this dynamic, hands-on innovation experience. All are invited to participate, whether competing, collaborating, mentoring, or supporting the event.

To meet InventOR’s grant reporting and accountability requirements, everyone participating in an Innovation Jam must complete this registration form, even if they are not competing. This includes students, alumni, high school participants, community members, as well as mentors, judges, faculty, facilitators, staff, and organizers contributing expertise or support.

Regional Innovation Jam - Event Description & Budget Proposal FORM - (Host Institutions)

Once a Host Institution for a Regional Innovation Jam has been identified, they must complete the following form to officially register their event(s) and begin the vendor onboarding process. This information is required to set up contracting and ensure the institution is eligible to receive reimbursement after the event(s) are completed.

Regional Innovation Jam - Final Report & Invoice FORM - (Host Institutions)

After your Regional Innovation Jam event(s), Host Institutions will complete this form to submit a final event report and invoice. This will initiate the next phase of the reimbursement process.

You will be asked to provide event details, upload your final invoice and required documents, and confirm awardee/eligibility information. 

This information is essential for:

• Processing your reimbursement, and

• Fulfilling grant reporting so we can demonstrate impact and advocate for continued funding to support innovation education across Oregon.

• Our Financial Specialist, Thom Bally-Larkin (thomlark@pdx.edu), will review your invoice and documents and follow up if anything else is needed.
